Can I pay for land in instalments?
Yes. Most of our estates offer instalment plans and our pay small, small plan. The deposit and duration depend on the estate; ask us for the current terms.
Can I inspect an estate before buying?
Yes, and we encourage it. Book a guided site inspection through our contact page.
What documents will I receive?
A receipt for every payment, a contract of sale, and on completion the documents that transfer the plot or home to you, such as a deed of assignment and survey plan. See our buying guide.
Do you have homes to rent?
Yes, in some of our estates. Ask us which homes are currently available to let.
