The real estate arm of Lashone Group, developing secure estates in Lagos and Ogun State.
Lashone Properties began with a simple belief: every family deserves a secure place to call its own. For more than a decade we have developed estates across Lagos and Ogun State, from Ibeju-Lekki, Sangotedo and Ikorodu to Simawa, Agbara and Ibese, selling land and homes, letting homes and building for plot owners.
Our rent to own scheme lets families move into a finished home after a deposit and pay the balance over time, and our estates are planned with the professionals good building needs: surveyors, town planners, architects, quantity surveyors and engineers.
As part of Lashone Group, our estates are guarded by Lashone Security, and many have a farm run by Lashone Farms, so buyers become part of a wider community.
