Learn a trade you can earn from
Hands-on training in fashion, beauty, catering, crafts and other trades, so you can start earning from your own business.
Our free skill acquisition programme teaches practical trades that people pay for every day. Experienced instructors show each step, from taking measurements and drafting a pattern to finishing a neckline or icing a cake, and you practise with your own hands.
Courses run from one to six months, depending on the skill. Each programme ends with an exhibition of students' work and a graduation, and many graduates now cater events, sew for customers or run small businesses of their own.
