Think and grow like an entrepreneur
Executive entrepreneurship and multiple streams of income, with Dr Lanre Shonekan and Lashone's leaders.
Our entrepreneurship training is led by Dr Lanre Shonekan, Group Managing Director of Lashone Group. After 13 years in management roles in telecoms, media and real estate, he started Lashone in a single room with no outside capital, working as managing director, accountant, cleaner and errand runner. It has since grown into a group of businesses across property, farming, security, training and media.
He teaches from that experience, not just from textbooks: honest about Nigeria's challenges, from power costs and exchange rates to regulation, and practical about how to succeed anyway. The training suits people starting out, business owners who want to grow, and professionals building more than one source of income.

Questions
About entrepreneurship
Is this an investment scheme?
No. This is training only. We teach how businesses work; we do not take money to invest on your behalf.
Why do so many new businesses fail?
Most new businesses close within a few years, often because they copied an idea without understanding it, launched without a plan, or ran out of cash. The training shows you how to avoid these mistakes.
