Lashone Cooperative · Our story
Owned by its members
A member-owned society that helps people save, borrow fairly and own homes.
Lashone Housing Cooperative is an initiative of Lashone Group, built on its years of experience in housing. Its purpose is simple: to help ordinary people become homeowners and landowners, by pooling their savings and helping them pursue land, building and mortgage options together.
It is registered as Lashone Links Housing Cooperative Society Limited, owned by its members and run under its bye-laws by executives the members elect, independently of Lashone Group. It is separate from every other Lashone business, including Lashone Club.
Members have built together before: an early project was the Lashone Co-operative Housing Estate at Ibese, along the Sokoto–Badagry road in Yewa North, Ogun State, begun in 2013.
We are now relaunching the cooperative, with clear rules, proper records and a website where members can read how it works before they join.
